- April 2024El Mirage City Council approved a site plan change for a third 245,000 sq ft data center building.
- May 2024El Mirage approved a development agreement for three more data center buildings (750,000 sq ft) on land Microsoft then bought.
- May 31, 2024Microsoft paid $258 million for about 283 acres next to its existing 150-acre site.
