📜 Data center rules
City council unanimously passed data center rules, in effect Jan. 5, 2023. Data centers need a special rezoning (PAD). Builders must do a noise study before building and keep noise at that baseline, check noise for five years, hold neighborhood meetings and tell residents about generator tests.
