Digi Power X is turning an old industrial building in Columbiana into an AI data center. Chip maker Cerebras signed up to use 40 megawatts. The first part is planned to open in late 2026.

๐ค Agreement with the company
Council approved a 12-month sales and use tax break for DigiPowerX while it builds its data center. In return the company will pay the city $3.5 million as a 'community impact payment'.
