📜 Data center rules · Park County
As part of a county zoning update, Park County drafted rules that would ban data centers in most areas. They would be allowed only with a special use permit and public hearing in the 20- and 35-acre rural zones and industrial zones. Any big electric user would need a special use permit. The draft still needs public review.
