Walla Walla County said Amazon Data Services' land use application for its Attalia data center campus is complete, after calling it incomplete in June. The plan has three 220,000 sq ft buildings on 134 acres in the Wallula Gap Business Park. No final decision has been made. Residents have asked for a moratorium, but none was found.
