⏸️ Pause on new data centers

Morristown's Selectboard and the Morrisville village trustees voted unanimously for a two-year pause on data centers and other 'high-impact' uses. The pause gives the Planning Commission time to write new zoning rules. Small data centers that serve an existing business, hospital, school, town service or home are exempt. No data center has been proposed in town.
