QTS Kearneysville data center campus
QTS plans a data center campus on about 300 acres west of Kearneysville, on both sides of the Berkeley-Jefferson county line. The first plan shows two data center buildings, a power switching station and a water tank. No size in megawatts has been made public.
Where things stand: Berkeley County Planning Commission approved the concept plan in March 2025. QTS says it is in early planning.
