Also called: EAT03, EAT06, EAT09
Microsoft bought 170 acres north of Pangborn Memorial Airport and built its first data center there. Microsoft says it is developing new data centers in East Wenatchee. It helped pay for a new substation and a water reservoir.
Where things stand: Microsoft runs one building here and says it is developing more on the same campus.
๐ Latest update (March 2021): Microsoft had bought 170 acres north of Pangborn airport for $19.3 million; first building valued at $409 million in its permit.
