Oppidan, a Minnesota developer, plans a 60,000-square-foot data center on 13 acres next to the Sage Mill Industrial Park. It would use about 15 megawatts and employ 6 people. The company that will use it has not been named.
Where things stand: Aiken County Council approved a tax deal in June 2025. Trackers report construction; not confirmed in an opened source.
