Crane Data Centers is building a data center campus on 35 acres in Forest Grove, west of Hillsboro. The first phase is 24 megawatts; the full campus could pass 100 megawatts. It uses air cooling and collects rainwater.
Where things stand: Fortis Construction broke ground by July 2025.
