Google is building a data center campus on about 400 acres at Perkins and Richmond roads in Stillwater. Plans call for up to six large buildings over about 25 years. The city says it is worth about $3 billion.
Where things stand: Final plat approved Nov 2025 and building permits issued for the first two lots. First building expected about 2027.
