πΊοΈ Zoning change

A resident sued to overturn the 'emergency' rezoning for the Amazon data center, saying the emergency label was used to block a public vote.

βοΈ Court case
A federal judge ruled that Wilmington did not give proper public notice before passing zoning, data center use and generator noise rules for a planned $4 billion Amazon Web Services data center. The city had to redo them before acting on the site plan.
