QTS data center campus at the Van Wert mega site
QTS plans up to seven data center buildings, about 500 megawatts, on 902 acres in Van Wert. It says it will cost $10 billion and bring about 200 jobs. The land was already zoned for industry.
Where things stand: Announced May 29, 2026. Groundbreaking planned for late 2026; first building to open in early 2029.
