Bitdeer AI data center at Turnpike Commerce Center (Shalersville)
Also called: Bitdeer Shalersville Data Center
Bitdeer and local developer Geis want to build 15 data center buildings on 257 acres near the Turnpike. It would start at 150 megawatts and grow to 750. Where things stand: Township pause on data centers ends in early November 2026. Township is weighing zoning changes; no application approved.
