Province Group data center campus at Champion Farm (Perry Village)
Also called: Champion Farm site
California-based Province Group plans about six data center buildings, each about 250,000 square feet, on about 230 acres the village and township agreed to sell. That is about one-sixth of the village. The mayor says it would bring tax money; many residents want more answers first.
Where things stand: Land is under contract; no site plan filed yet. A village data center pause in 2026 leaves out this site.
π Latest update (Sept 10, 2026): Council held a second reading of a one-year data center pause that leaves out the Champion Farm site.
