Aligned is building a data center campus on 129 acres of an old auto parts plant in Perkins Township, south of Sandusky. The first building is about 96 megawatts. County officials say the township approved a big tax break before the public knew much about it.
Where things stand: Under construction since 2024 on a former auto parts plant site.
