Local votes and rules
📜 Data center rules
City council voted 7-1 to allow data centers only in heavy industrial (I-2) zones, at least 400 feet from homes. Developers must show there is enough water, power and sewer capacity, and certify peak noise levels. This replaced the city's pause (moratorium).
