M2 Development data center study at Conneaut East Industrial Park

M2 Development Solutions is studying a data center of about 500 megawatts at the Conneaut East Industrial Park, powered by natural gas. No formal plan has been filed. In November, Conneaut voters will decide a charter change that would cap data centers at 25 megawatts.
