Aligned Data Centers CMH-02 (Conesville Industrial Park)
Also called: Aligned Conesville Campus
Aligned is building a multi-building data center campus on 197 acres next to the old AEP Conesville coal plant. It has a first customer and aimed to deliver the first space in mid-2026. The state's All Ohio Future Fund helped prepare the site.
Where things stand: Broke ground in fall 2025; first building aimed to open in mid-2026.
