TeraWulf Lake Mariner AI data center campus (Somerset)

TeraWulf runs bitcoin mining at the old Somerset coal plant on Lake Ontario and is turning much of it into an AI data center for Fluidstack, with Google's financial backing. About 360 MW of AI capacity is under lease. The town approved the change in 2024.

- Aug 18, 2025TeraWulf announced Fluidstack leased a fifth building (CB-5, 160 MW), bringing leases to about 360 MW; Google backs $3.2 billion of the debt.
