Niagara Falls Redevelopment wants to build nine data center buildings (about 1.2 million sq ft) on 53 acres near downtown Niagara Falls, a $1.5 billion plan. The land is zoned for homes and shops, so the city would have to rezone it. A June 2026 court settlement commits the city to help, but normal reviews still apply.
