A company called Ranalli Super DC asked to connect a 300 MW data center to the grid on land off Hencle Boulevard in Lysander. No town application has been filed. The town paused all data center applications for 6 months while it writes rules.
Where things stand: Only a grid (NYISO) request so far; no town or DEC application. The town passed a 6-month moratorium in May 2026.
