Switch has bought hundreds of acres in the Apex Industrial Park. In August 2026 it filed early plans with North Las Vegas for two data center buildings and a substation on about 176 acres. The city must still approve it.
Where things stand: Switch filed a letter of intent with North Las Vegas in Aug. 2026. No city approval yet.
