Tech One Crossing data center campus (Kearney)

A 368-megawatt data center campus is planned on about 112 acres in the Tech oNE Crossing park in northeast Kearney. It will replace a 100-megawatt bitcoin mine. The city approved it in September 2026, but the future user is kept secret. The company says it will use about 3.6 million gallons of water a year when fully built.
Where things stand: Kearney City Council approved the permit 5-0 on September 8, 2026. First phase aimed for late 2027.
