Crusoe plans two very large data center buildings (805,000 square feet each) and an office on about 337 acres in Warrenton along I-70. The city approved it in January 2026 and a tax break in April. Building is planned from 2027 to 2029.
Where things stand: Aldermen approved the permit and site plan Jan. 20, 2026 and a tax break April 14, 2026. First phase building planned for 2027.
