Foristell data center sites along I-70
Two unnamed data center users looked at land in Foristell along I-70. One site of 216 acres in Warren County would need to be annexed into the city; another site of about 240 acres is already in the city. No building application has been filed, and the city is studying a pause.
Where things stand: Landowners asked to annex 216 acres for one site; a second 240-acre site is already in the city. No building application filed; outcome unclear.
๐ Latest update (April 20, 2026): Board of Aldermen referred a possible data center moratorium to the Planning and Zoning Commission.
