The same team building the Camp Ground Road data center in Louisville wants to build a $9.6 billion campus on about 550 acres near Carrollton. About 300 acres would hold data center buildings, and the rest would be buffer. They promise about 320 jobs. Local news reports the city of Carrollton reached an agreement with the developer.
Where things stand: Announced July 2026. The developers hold options to buy the land and have done early power studies.
