Triple Oak Power AI data center near Garden City
Oregon-based Triple Oak Power plans an AI data center on more than 6,000 acres of farmland near Garden City, powered by solar, wind and a gas plant. It told the county it would use about 600 million gallons of water a year, less than the land's current irrigation.
Where things stand: Finney County approved a special use permit in early June 2026. No data center operator signed yet.
