PathOne data center at former Bison plant (near Hull)
PathOne and Sunstone Investments want to reuse an old renewable fuel plant near Hull for a small data center, starting at about 10 MW. They ask the county to cap the site at 25 MW. Sioux County has paused all data centers for a year.

Supervisors approved a one-year pause on new data centers and big battery storage sites in the countryside. Cities keep their own zoning. The county may write rules like its wind and solar rules. A planned data center near Hull is on hold.
