Proposed
Aurum Capital Ventures data center (Central City)
A company called Aurum Capital Ventures wants to build a small data center of about 18,500 square feet in Central City. City leaders support it and are writing rules for data centers. Some residents have asked about power, water and noise.
Where things stand: City council supports the idea and is writing a data center ordinance; the company has not bought the land yet.
๐ Latest update (Sept 17, 2026): Central City council members said they support the proposed data center while they work on an ordinance.
