Yeehaw Junction hyperscale data center campus (U.S. 441)
In 2024 a company called US Development drew up plans for nine three-story data center buildings on 434 acres near Yeehaw Junction. The site is outside the county growth boundary. We found no sign the project moved forward since.
Where things stand: Early plans reported in 2024; we found no rezoning application, hearing or vote since then.
