Proposed
Willow Lakes data center site (Midway Road and I-95, Fort Pierce)
Also called: Willow Lakes
The owner of about 200 acres at I-95 and Midway Road asked Fort Pierce to rezone most of it for a data center. The land was once planned for a surf park community. A partner company would build the data center if the rezoning passes.
Where things stand: Owner asked the city to rezone the land so a data center can be built. A partner company would need its own site plan approval later.
๐ Latest update (June 2026): Willow Lakes, LLC applied to rezone 174 acres to light industrial for a data center and 26 acres to commercial.
