Proposed
North Bay Solutions Park data center (Fairfield)
Also called: Project North Bay Solutions
Investor slides pitch a 150 megawatt data center on a 300-acre industrial site in northeast Fairfield. The owner says data centers are allowed there without a new rezoning. A formal building application would still need a public hearing.
Where things stand: Being marketed to investors; no building application filed with the city yet.
