Ryan Companies wants to build up to three data center buildings, using up to 400 megawatts, on 122 acres in Eloy. The site was first planned for warehouses. The planning commission backed the rezoning in 2025.
Where things stand: Eloy Planning and Zoning Commission recommended the rezoning in January 2025. We found no public record of the City Council's final vote.
