Google data center campus in West Memphis
Google is building its first Arkansas data center on about 1,100 acres in West Memphis. Google says it will spend $4 billion in the state through 2027 and pay its own power costs. Some details of its power deal with Entergy were kept secret until newspapers published them.
Where things stand: Google confirmed the campus in Oct 2025 and started building that month. It is hiring staff in 2026.
