✋ Turned down

Okmulgee County's floodplain office turned down the floodplain permit for the Fluidstack data center on S. Madison Avenue, near the Deep Fork National Wildlife Refuge. It was denied without prejudice over six gaps and conflicts in the engineering papers, so the company can fix them and apply again. The City of Okmulgee says the site is outside city limits and it has made no water deal.
