π Data center rules
Lawton City Council voted 5-3 to add data center and crypto mining rules to its zoning code. Small sites (2 megawatts or less) are allowed in industrial zones. Bigger ones are allowed only in heavy industrial zones after public hearings and a site plan, and need a letter from the power company.
