🗺️ Zoning change · Clarksdale
With three members present, the board rezoned 648 acres from commercial and farm use to light industrial for a possible data center. Conditions: a one-time $5 million impact fee before work starts, the developer pays for utility upgrades, and an extra 1,000-foot buffer from homes. Officials said this is not approval of a project.
