A developer (NSIC6 LLC) sued the county over its pause. It bought about 12 acres on old Highway 65 for two 20,000 sq ft buildings. A judge granted a temporary order against the county on Sept. 8 and extended it on Sept. 21, but urged caution on building until a final ruling.
