⏸️ Pause on new data centers · Unincorporated Bullitt County
Bullitt County Fiscal Court passed a one-year pause on new data center applications, permits, rezonings and special permits. It covers only land outside cities; cities could adopt their own. The county judge-executive said water and power are already stretched and no project was proposed.
