⏸️ Pause on new data centers · Unincorporated Paulding County
Paulding County commissioners voted unanimously to stop taking new data center applications, rezoning requests and site plan reviews until January 1, 2027. The county will rewrite its land rules. Residents had protested four 'technology park' zones the county created by changing its code text, which skipped the usual rezoning notices.
