🚫 Ban

Commissioners are considering Ordinance 2026-04, a permanent ban on large data centers and very large power users in unincorporated Holmes County. The planning commission did not recommend it in June; it asked for clearer wording to avoid lawsuits. A second hearing was set for July 21, 2026. We did not find the result.
