📜 Data center rules · Cochise County
County supervisors voted 3-0 to set rules for data centers. Every data center now needs a special use permit, and they may only go in four zones. Builders must hand in a noise study, a water-use plan and a fire plan, and mostly may not use drinking water for cooling.
