At an emergency meeting, the Quorum Court voted unanimously for a one-year pause on new data centers and expansions in Union County. It came right after news that Z Squared planned to buy and grow the small data center at 713 Industrial Road near El Dorado. Reported to run July 10, 2026 to July 9, 2027.
