Local votes and rules

🗳️ Public vote · Baldwin County

Stockton-area voters approved zoning for their area, 215 to 161. This starts a 180-day pause on new development while a local committee drafts rules. The vote grew out of fights over a 4,500-acre solar farm that will power Meta's Montgomery data center; the county said the vote has little effect on that solar farm.
